This is the meditation for today…
Some of you have already, physically, given birth… one is preparing to give birth and two of you are of the male gender… We’d like you to use your imagination to walk on the Site, find a place that feels natural to you and give birth… you can sit, you can squat… and you can lay an egg – and that egg you took from Delphi…
If you weren’t present at Delphi, you can use your imagination… put that as you’re walking on this Site, have the memory of your walk through Delphi in your minds and then take it out of your body…
this is why We brought you here today…
Of course, you all have personal concerns and We’d like to cover them…
– (K.) I’d like to thank You as it’s very important to be with you, also for the time that has passed since Delphi… I feel it’s major that I be in contact with the flow – sometimes though being formal and restricted may reduce the flow of the energy…
– The challenge is to remain in the flow towards Light and this is about Awareness: Know Thyself, to accept the Self as well when you step – off your path…
it’s only temporary, you can’t really escape any longer from the flow…
you know about white-water: it’s moving so fast and strong and it becomes white – it’s very difficult to swim out of that flow… you may get caught behind some rocks which represent your own creations, the ones that block you from reaching the ocean of consciousness… sometimes it’s called cosmic consciousness and whenever you feel that you’re confused or that you lost your way, you can request a contact with cosmic consciousness – all of you… if you do it before sleeping, you all probably have a better success, or before meditation… many times the human doesn’t understand that they can ask for what they want – whatever it is…
an easy birth for you, M. – you can ask for that…

– It’s important for the next 2 months to keep at the forefront of your mind your dreaming self, the one that dreams, the intuitive, imaginative self… in this way you align, you merge or meet with your newborn, for this is the state of consciousness that the baby will enter the world… the less practically-minded you become, the better… it’s almost normal for the birth mother to be in that dreamy state so that they energetically drive the infant… you can expect an easy birth, you can even fantasize about it if you like how easy it will be…
– (…) Last week a medium called Eric came to Thessaloniki and I attended his presentation from which I left very angry because of what he was claiming that poor should starve to death as this is their choice, that we should only look after ourselves etc…

– (…) No, I didn’t, but he was saying among other things that we shouldn’t help anyone as thus we’re interfering with their karma – and I like helping as it gives me balance…
– It’s very difficult to control the instincts of the human being…
you all know that human beings need each other, that you cooperate at the community as a family, as a society and that one person needs the other… the nature of the human being is to help, to offer assistance – no matter what your job is, you’re helping somebody somehow… not only being a doctor but being a mechanic, a secretary, a Channel; it’s all about helping and it is the most rewarding thing…
We don’t like to criticize other Sources, but if you looked at the character, you might have seen a little bit of show-biz there… he has his own way of interpreting the messages that he receives… maybe if he said ‘it’s difficult at the moment or you who are present to offer assistance to somebody on the other side of the world’ , you might not have taken it so personally… you yourself are a healer; he is not… perhaps you can help more than he can and that’s why you reacted so strongly to his nonchalant…
how did you get over it?
– (…) I talked about it with friends for a while, but I decided to follow my heart…
– If you explore, you can find a great many religious beliefs… you can also find a great many conflicting, dogmatic systems created within this New Age stage…
Always on one’s path of evolution compassion is required…

We can’t say it enough ‘to be grateful to the Great Mother’… simply you need food and shelter – and this comes from the Mother…
the ‘civilized’ societies cannot move forward any longer progressively – there’s a balancing that’s occurring on the Mother… because you might think you’re more civilized than a tribe in Africa… the ‘civilized’ societies have to degrade so that those – so called – ‘uncivilized’ societies, the tribes that exist on the planet, can progress or be upgraded…
the earth appreciates the way they treat her more than the ‘civilized’ do…
Sorry! You see each person in this group can have their own automobile, TV, fridge, washer, dryer and one tribal member has nothing – you see?
And the finances is not as serious as an earthquake, is it now?!
We’ve been encouraging a greater understanding of the tribal existence because this is the future for humanity… We won’t talk about a great crisis for the planet, but some other Channels will…

– You’re learning to move independently… each member of the tribe moves independently within the movement of the tribe… each individual knows how to walk, they’re not being carried unless they’re babies… you’re growing more independent and more confident in that independence…
– (D.) About the Ascension process… does that mean that our body is susceptible to some change on its cells and DNA?
– Yes! It’s inherent in the physical form, it exists… there are certain cells that are activated by light… when those cells are activated, they affect every other cell in the physical form… the body is a self-healing apparatus… it also adapts: if you all took off your clothes and decided to move naked for the rest of the winter, you would grow hair on the body – the body would adapt…
There are many vibrational shifts on your Planet and this is what Ascension is anyway: a shifting to a higher vibration or frequency – it’s physics…
So as you expose yourself to higher levels of light – not necessarily an electric lamp, but light that originates behind the Sun (you can do this through meditation from coming into contact with this type of Fields or substances that you ingest – super foods, they call them)… all of these things affect the organism, your body to stimulate those T-cells that then affect all the other cells on the body and begin to alter the DNA…
Many newborns are already prepared for the shift vibration – that’s why they call them crystal children: they carry a different emotional response to life…

– All of you have been shifted, all of you are already ascended…

– You don’t know what to expect so you must live ‘one day at a time’ in order to stay present – you can’t be thinking about last Christmas or next Christmas… think about today… this moment…
– (Mar.) I feel reluctant with my choices so far, worrying about my financial situation and I’m hoping for a solution…
– You might be speaking generally for most of the citizens in your city… most are feeling the same: have they made a mistake, did they spend too much, what will happen tomorrow with the economy? It’s stealing everyone’s attention and everyone’s energy…
They’re succeeding in bringing you down…
If the boat is sinking, you don’t sit and look at the boat going down; you start swimming… you can only control so much… and the challenge now is to control your thoughts because the emotions follow the thought, the fear follows the thought…
If you start to use positive affirmations – We’ve said that the Energy now originates at the chakra of the Will and positive affirmations are much more effective and they work… ‘I will survive’…
As for those flights (chem. trails) that are going and the concern about them, you can search and find a great deal of information about that…
We will say that there is some conspiracy that goes along with the benefit of influencing the atmosphere; the cover is that ‘they protect from global warming and dangerous rays of the sun’…
– (M.) So what are they actually doing spraying us harming our health and our thoughts?
– If you have cancer, they radiate the tumor in order to destroy it so there’s the theory that the atmosphere is so thin letting harmful rays go through etc so all this is supposedly to mend the ozone layer – their theory is ineffective, it doesn’t work that they’re trying to influence the atmosphere around the earth to protect it from the rays of the sun…
– (M.) So You won’t tell us anything more?
– We don’t comment on the conspiracy because then you give it power…
don’t forget that life is about gathering power…
the biggest challenge now is to deal with your thoughts, everyone…
