I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, and have traveled extensively around the world as part of my journey. Over the years, I’ve undergone various training-immersions rooted in diverse esoteric traditions, and I’ve had many profound inner experiences. CranioSacral Therapy, Kriya Yoga, and Martial Arts have played significant roles in my journey, among many other disciplines.
I’m continually seeking ways to expand my consciousness by understanding both myself and the world around me.
