There are many methods to shift your consciousness…
meditation is one, but using your senses is easier… 
you know about listening to the wind; this can clear the mind very easily, open the mind… the mind exists within the consciousness of being… at this moment, you’re being alive, you’re being human, you’re being Greeks, you’re being part of this Operation here…
You know that We cooperate with the Earth and We use each of you as a tool to pass the energy through your form to reach the earth… you can do this yourselves any time that you feel to or any time you have an impulse, any time you think about Us or anything that We’ve said: you can simply ask to have the Energy pass through your form… this can assist you to expand your consciousness awareness – this is the purpose of life anyway… 
you might say Enlightenment and it’s the same thing as the expansion of consciousness…
What is Enlightenment? 
Awareness, Light… 
Why do so many Sources try to catch you with Light and Love? 
Everyone wants Love, don’t they? Everyone wants to feel that expansion that Love creates, everyone wants to know that they’re loved… from the dimension of Spirit, Love has a different meaning: Freedom…
What is Love? Who loves you the most? 
Your mother…
If you consider that the earth is your Mother, if you treat her with the respect she deserves, if you love her, you don’t have to worry about your government, about the Nazis in Office… you can communicate directly with this Source… and She will love you… 
after all, what do you really need in life besides love? 
You need water, you need food and you need shelter… 
who gives you that? 
Earth! 
Each day when you pray, don’t forget the earth; and please do pray! Pray for the enlightenment of the mass, for harmony, peace, cooperation and thank the earth for her cooperation with you…
You know you’re living in a very important place on the earth – it is protected… you might not understand what that means until you move to the next dimension, until after you pass from this particular personality… how blessed you actually are to call yourselves Greeks… 
don’t take it lightly… 
don’t allow the rest of the world to look down on you… 
don’t feel sorry for yourselves… 
Be proud that you’ve agreed to be part of the New Movement – it exists all over the planet… and having this particular earth spirit under your feet is a great blessing…
This is Our introduction; of course, We encourage you, all, to enjoy the Site remembering the instructions from yesterday, spend some time doing it again today… it only takes a few moments to center yourselves, tail the energy up in order to meet a therapist – there are many, there’s a great mass of entities that remain on call around this Site to bring Balance… if you have any imbalance, you can lay on the earth… if you worry about something, you can give it also to the earth… She’s a very, very generous Mother…
Now for personal concerns, We will go around the Circle…
– (Gr.) I’m not ready for a question yet…
– (N.) I had that whole experience at Easter about Thought where I realized that we believe our thoughts… and it was very intense for 4-5 days, which ended in the dream in which I finally received a diploma… one year ago You had told me that this year I will be closing many circles in my life – which happened, but You, also, said that one of these circles would be my ‘attachment to humanity’…
– You know what Easter represents: Ascension… to rise above the surface concerns of life in order to take a different perspective; in order to do that, you needed to close many circles, to free yourself from the material concerns… it will be a challenge for you in the next 6 months (in USA) to struggle with that, to not become reattached to material concerns… 
in order to travel, you need not be concerned that ‘you left your front door open’, correct? This is what you’ve been doing, energetically, putting things in their place, finishing your life in many ways so that you can take on a new role, a new position… expect surprises because you might have a design in your mind which you might not be able to fit yourself in, in that particular size… you’re sewing a skirt and you cut out the pattern and you start sewing it together and when you try it on: too small… 
what’s the message?
Don’t believe anything that you see or hear, keep your eyes open and be prepared for travel… of course, your experience was one of ascension and expansion… ascension is not anything really spiritual – everyone has had the experience when you find that you’re reviewing your experience from a distance… when you’re watching the theatre, you’re experiencing ascension: you might become emotionally involved with the drama, but some part of you knows that you’re part of the audience…
– (D.) I wanted to ask something, but N.’s question brought me somewhere else… at school I’m in charge of an educational program which entails travelling with students to 5 European countries; I’d like Your comment along with what more I should be doing as a Greek and a teacher…
– To facilitate the expansion of your students?
– (D.) That too!
– To give them the Pride of being Greek; it’s important to have an element of pride for your Heritage… only because if you’re proud of something, you tend to respect it… and you might encourage the students to respect the country, to respect what they have as compared to what they will be seeing in other countries… 
you can talk about the Elements, Nature, Way of Life, when you travel abroad… 
look into how the people live, what their values are, how they honour what they value… 
search if there’s anything that belongs to Greece when you visit, take the children there, have them do an imagery in which anything that belongs to Greece is returned with generosity from Europe; not with bad feelings, but with an open heart of receiving what really belongs to this Land…
– (D.) On a personal level, why did I undertake this Project?
– You like to serve, you like to travel, you like to organize travel; what’s the deeper reason you feel?
– (D.) I can’t quite put my finger on it yet…
– You want to create a Line of Energy Moving from Greece into Europe…
– (D.) I want our partners to know the whole picture, that there are also the Greeks I somehow represent…
– The Ancients…
– (D.) Yes!
– There are many Ancient Greeks on the planet, they’re not all in Greece, but they wish they were… you might find some other students if you have contact with the students from the other Lands… you can ask them directly if any of them feel they’re Ancient Greeks…
– (D.) I see that as a whole new Project…
– If you create a route, a pathway, energetically, from this country to those relics that belong here, you give an opportunity for them to be returned…
– (Gr.) The Elgin Marbles?!
– Anyone should do that if you travel abroad! Find the museums, find what belongs to Greece and bring it back with your imagination… you can imagine the whole process if you like: packing it up, dropping it in bubbles… it’s important, it’s part of the problem…
– (D.) The coordinator of the Project is German to whom I feel I have something to prove; is there something I should tell him, something I should be doing that I don’t?
– That you want to be part of the Solution, that you feel you’re part of the solution of the cooperation between the European countries… and then allow him to investigate why you feel like that… in other words, allow something personal to come in…
– (D.) He’s the only one I feel I have to prove something…
– That you’re worthy… that’s why you can tell him that…
– (D.) The second issue I had in mind… in these elections I felt drawn to a new entry in the political arena; is this something for my country? I don’t want to get attached to a politician or a political party that’s not worth it…
– You feel he has potential…
– (D.) Right, yes!
– He’s open to listen; this is what’s positive about that character you describe… he’s open to the unknown, let’s say… he’s open to the New Age, you know…
– (D.) Why do I have this feeling when I see him talk that he’s an Ancient Greek?
– Perhaps he is!
– (D.) Should I pursue that further?
– What would you want to do?
– (D.) I’d like him to become more known to the public…
– Can you help him?
– (D.) I guess so…
– Then do it!
– (D.) But I don’t want this to go against the interests of my country…
– (T.) … now or in the future…
– You must trust the moment, you know… the future is the unknown, the future is the potential…
– (D.) Thank you!

– (M.) I feel hesitant…
– Any question is worth asking…
– (M.) Yesterday when You gave us the instructions for the meditation with the Healer, in the wink of an eye I saw an entity whom I had met again in the past, 9 years ago while acting on a play; I was reciting Elytis’ poems and every time before getting on stage, I’d close my eyes and I’d see him… and yesterday when asking about healing, I mentioned 2 things: one physical (I have a cyst in an ovary which some say I should operate and some say I shouldn’t and I have to decide by the end of May) and one that has to do with self-expression of whatever I’m sensing… I’m asking if it was my imagination or if there’s a connection all these years without me knowing it so now I should be doing something…
– First, you can accept that each person has the capability of healing themselves… there’s always an opening to the essence of the self – you can call it Spirit… better to call it your ‘own essence’… the entity that you witnessed is a type of guide for you that originates from your entity field… have you ever considered of doing anything in the field of healing?
– (M.) Yes, I’m already doing a combination of a field – theatre expression I’ve come up on my own; it’s not something structural, it has to do with the person opposite me…
– This entity that you contact can help you design this program… also to help you to know how, when and where… as far as the cyst, you might look into the program Edgar Cayce suggested and try it; We wouldn’t suggest a surgical invasion…
– (M.) My second question has to do with my feeling that there’s something new happening in the theater which has to do with Ancient Greece and synthesis; is it me or is it so?
– Both… when the Sites are reenergized, it is the beginning of a movement… you might say a movement backwards, but it’s really a circle: back into more harmony… in the existence of the Ancient Greeks there was a great deal of Harmony or respect for harmony… it was something that each person strived towards…
you know that theater was very important… 
the messages that were underneath the performances were very important… you can do a great deal… personally, you became involved in the theatre, in this type of expression because you felt that you need some type of a structure to express yourself, that you can freely express yourself spontaneously – and this is your challenge or your shadow or your block: that your mind wants to structure the freedom of expression… have you been involved with improvisations? Very good for you… that’s your path… 
Of course, you have connections with the theater in Ancient Greece… you were also involved in the development of the motion pictures… also, at Delphi with Sikelianos and the Movement …

– (N.) I do?!
– (T.) Would You advise us to start learning Ancient Greek in order to appreciate their civilization better?
– Certainly, the values…
– (T.) Me, personally?
– If you should delve into the language? Is that what you’re asking?
– (T.) To change direction in my present life…
– Can you stop yourself?!
– (T.) I don’t know… I feel there are some blockages, but I can’t see them; surely one of them has to do with my mother who’s not in a good state of mind… this affects me deeply and I can’t really focus on where I need to go… I feel like changing the path, but I don’t know where to turn…
– What do you do?
– (T.) I’m into sales, dealing women’s bags and accessories…
– It’s not going so well, is it?
– (T.) Not really, but that’s not the reason why… I want to do something else…
– You’re waking up because of a new aroma… you’re smelling something else and it’s drawing you towards it; it’s something sweet that you can really get involved with… it has something to do with food…
– (D.) Honey…
– Honey… look into the industry… if you look at the world, there are some places where the bees won’t live any longer; that’s very serious…
– (T.) Because of the radiation?
– You don’t have to find out why because you can’t change that… as humans, with your mind, you go too deeply into a problem getting all the details and you can’t change it; you only create frustration for yourselves… the Media pulls you all into politics as a way of offering suicide for the creative vibrations… you have a history of working with the bees, you might look into that, look into the ancient way of working with the bees, Iook into the industry in this country as you’re a sales person… you can sell things… 
perhaps the bees have the responsibility to save the economy of Greece… 
Now with your mother, since you haven’t spoken to Us, personally, We can’t cover your whole field today because that’s rude…
Does your mother take any honey? Make sure that she has honey from the area where she resides… she’s a sensitive person and she’s processing more than her share… and this has thrown her off-balance… if she can go to the springs – any of them, it’s very good for her…
– (M.) Yesterday during my meditation I felt a strong energy, a healing presence… last night I dreamt of a woman who told me she was Athena, and that she was my real wife…
– Where do you live?
– (M.) In Athens…
– Make sure that you go to her Temple and make an offering as soon as you can… you’d better treat her well… 
All of you, don’t underestimate the power of this earth because it’s the generosity of the spirit here that gives the power to each of you – this is power that you’ve taken … We suggest that you don’t tell anybody else, don’t repeat that story to anyone outside of this Circle, that you pursue her, that you court her… 
courting is different than flirting; flirting is not serious… 
when you court, you’re serious, you want that marriage…
– (M.) If the Earth is our mother, who’s our father?
– The Sun…
– (T.) What about Water?
– Water is part of the earth, is it not? Aren’t you mostly water? Water is probably the most important element for the human… you can’t live without water, can you? 
You might be able to live without Fire…
– (M.) Last time you told me to participate in life and I’ve worked on that and this grounded me; I’m interested in flying when dreaming though so is there a connection between earth and flying?
– You might work with conscious dreaming, to become aware when you’re dreaming… so you can fly with direction…
– (M.) And when the grounding is secure, then the flying is safer, right?
– Sure… you can always give yourself the suggestion ‘I will become aware in my dreams’… you can use a tool, a ring, something that you will put on only when you sleep… and when you see it, you wake up… if you persist and keep working at it, you will have success… the benefit will be flying with direction… becoming the pilot of your own vessel – that’s loaded, you know… very important… 
because your life is your vehicle, your body is your vehicle, every endeavour can be your vehicle…
– (M.) Does that flying have a healing effect for me and the others?
– If you heal yourself, you heal all your personal relationships…
– (M.) I was lying on the earth earlier thinking about surrender You mentioned yesterday – for me it is the most important thing… I’ve been experiencing difficulties for some time now…
– Things did not go the way you thought, the skirt didn’t fit you either… to surrender to your experience – whatever it is, gives the power to alter it… if you resist, then you create blocks for the free flowing of the energy of change…
– (M.) It’s very intense though… I feel sadness like I’ve missed something… my expectations were in vain…
– It’s the understanding that the mind is really not as strong and powerful as one thought… many times the mind has to quiet down and accept the circumstances… in order for the subject – you, in this case – to design how to use your mind in the future…
– (M.) I feel like withdrawing a bit… distant… like nothing matters so much anymore…
– It’s very important for you because you’re on your path, it’s not always pleasant… but, once you pass a difficult climb, you really appreciate that you can rest, that you can sit still and you see that all of the resistance, all of the efforts, the designs you created before the climb was just mind – the actual climb was the experience…
– (M.) I, also, don’t have the need any more to prove myself…
– That’s good…
– (M.) I don’t have the need to be right so often… I don’t care…
– Very positive everything you say today… you’ve grown a great deal…
– (M.) You’re all my friends, so I’m stuck with you…
– (D.) So are we…
– (M.) I feel really exhausted so I can surrender…
