it is a very good idea to use an affirmation ‘I’m open for inspiration, I’m now ready for inspiration’ and then you put your will to open further those channels to be inspired… you all know what inspiration means, you’ve all been inspired in your lives… if you think too much, you might sometimes toss yourselves out of following that inspiring idea…
it is very important to become more instinctual… if you have any pet, observe them, pay more attention to their instinctual nature… most often, they might know more about what’s coming than you yourself do because you’re thinking…
This Site (Aptera) has played many roles throughout history…
If you know Us, you know We’ve spoken often about the matriarchal civilization; this was before the Ancient times that you’re familiar with…
This island (Crete), this particular landmass was the location where the battle was won by the matriarch – this was the place where the women took over…
and there wasn’t a war; there was a natural disaster and after that the surviving females began organizing society… they spent some decades here before they moved to the north – this was the island where the Master Plan was created: how to bring harmony into the governing body, how to cooperate, how to bring cooperation amongst the leaders… after succeeding in bringing harmony, they spread out, and they separated… and the community, let’s call it, moved around…
This was an educational process: the human being was raised into harmony… with a great deal of control and education for the youth… when we say ‘woman’ we refer to the f consciousness which exists both in the m and f body… so it wasn’t only the female that was ruling – it was both m and f, there wasn’t a discrimination…
Now as you’re seeing in your government, presently, it’s been m dominance… the women are just beginning to come in but they’re not, necessarily, bringing in the f consciousness, are they? They’re bringing in their maleness in order to battle with the men in power…
Now We have said that this is the century for the women; by the end of the century the matriarch will again be in power…
Each of you has the responsibility to support this transformation… this means you have to pay attention to yourself: how you express yourselves, how you handle power as a man or a woman – always have in mind harmony, cooperation…
First, We’d like to give you an exercise to do on the Site and then We’ll answer personal questions… you will each find a place in isolation and you will sit on the earth and imagine that you’re the opposite gender – get a picture of yourselves, get some idea of your characteristics… so if you’re a woman, you will imagine you’re a man: what you look like, what’s your job, what type of wife you would like to have…

For the next 2 weeks this activation will be operating within your physical forms… We will touch each of you here today in order to create that activation… so for the next 2 weeks, you will be considering yourselves as the opposite sex using your imagination e.g. if you’re man, you might consider going out some time wearing a skirt… if you’re a woman, you might like to paint on a moustache or cut your hair very short… use your imagination… pay attention to your mate, witness if there’s sth about that man/woman that you admire or dislike so that you can get a clearer picture of what type of man/woman you’re creating…
before you sleep at night, you can ask to have revealed past lives when you played that role of the opposite sex… no matter who you see in the scene – even if you recognize them, the first interpretation is that it’s you, that each character that’s playing in the dream is actually yourself… if you’re a woman and you’re dreaming your father who passed away, investigate that scene to understand your own present character or personality…
Always write the dream – It’s very important, particularly during these Operations, the ceremonies… We can lead you easier in the dream; if you’re thinking too much, maybe We’re knocking on the door but you don’t see Us… when you’re sleeping, the doors are open…

This game of dress-up can have serious results – particularly doing it here, using the energy that’s here…
Everybody got the instructions? Get yourself to go deep into the game and then you can stand up and start walking… you might alter the way you move… you can play the game for 2 weeks, wherever you are, in your imagination… you might be a businessman having an important meeting and you feel a bit nervous about it; you can sit down and bring back the image of that woman that you met here and give her the right to speak…

Third: don’t complain about anything… be grateful for whatever you have… pray, go to the church and pray… give your fear to the sea whenever you walk into it, ask the great mother to remove your fear…
