PART I – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to Spiritualhealing.com (“Spiritual Healing”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Spiritualhealing.com and any consultation, coaching session, programme, course, digital content, download, video, audio, workbook, written material, membership, educational resource or other product or service made available through or in connection with the website (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, booking a session, making a purchase, accessing digital content or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or purchase the Services.
The legal identity and business contact information of the operator of Spiritualhealing.com are made available through the website’s Legal Notice, Contact section, checkout information or other legally required pre-contract information.
Where a journey, retreat or event is organised by a licensed travel agency or by another third party, that party is identified on the booking page and in your booking confirmation before you pay, and is the seller and contracting party for the travel arrangements. Any spiritual programme or guidance delivered during such a journey is provided separately and is payable locally. See Part V.B below.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable mandatory law.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Paid Services are intended for persons aged 18 or over. By purchasing or using a paid Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you purchase on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may refuse, restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements, payment requirements, security requirements or these Terms have not been met.
3. NATURE OF SPIRITUAL HEALING SERVICES
Spiritual Healing provides paid consultations, coaching, personal guidance, journeys, retreats and guided visits to archaeological and sacred sites, digital products, online courses, educational materials and related personal-development or wellbeing content.
The Services are designed to provide information, education, reflection, guidance and personal-development support. They are not a promise of any particular personal, emotional, professional, financial, relationship, health or other outcome.
The description of a particular Service displayed on the relevant sales, booking or checkout page forms part of the agreement for that purchase.
4. EDUCATIONAL, WELLBEING AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
Spiritual Healing, its owners, coaches and service providers are not acting as medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists or licensed healthcare providers. The Services are coaching, educational, informational and personal- development services only.
Nothing provided through Spiritualhealing.com, its courses, consultations, coaching sessions, digital materials or other Services constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic diagnosis, advice, treatment or therapy.
Spiritual Healing also does not provide legal, tax, investment or regulated financial advice. Users should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional where such advice is required.
Any discussion of wellbeing, lifestyle, personal experiences, emotions, habits or health-related subjects is for educational and informational purposes and must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4.1 HEALTH AND WELLBEING INFORMATION
Spiritualhealing.com may provide educational and informational content relating to wellbeing, lifestyle, spiritual practice and personal development, including material channelled through Spiritual Healing. All such content is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes only.
Spiritual Healing is not a medical or healthcare provider, and Spiritual Healing, its owners, coaches and service providers are not acting as medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists or other licensed healthcare professionals when providing the Services.
Nothing provided through Spiritualhealing.com, including its courses, consultations, coaching sessions, videos, written materials, digital products or other Services, constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment, psychotherapy or any other regulated healthcare service.
Information relating to wellbeing, symptoms, lifestyle or health must not be used as a substitute for personalised advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical doctor or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Spiritual Healing does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any symptom, disease, medical condition or psychological condition. References to possible experiences, lifestyle approaches or wellbeing practices are informational only and do not establish that any particular symptom has a particular cause.
You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding symptoms, medical concerns, medication, tests, diagnosis, treatment options or any change to your healthcare. You should never stop or change prescribed medication or treatment, or delay seeking medical care, because of information obtained through Spiritual Healing.
If you have a medical, psychological, psychiatric or other health concern, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service in your location.
You should not disregard professional advice, discontinue prescribed treatment or delay obtaining professional care because of information obtained through Spiritual Healing.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEPENDENT DECISIONS
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, omissions, decisions and use of the information provided through the Services.
Spiritual Healing provides guidance and educational material but does not make decisions on your behalf. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggestion, exercise, practice or information is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Where a decision could materially affect your health, legal position, finances, employment, business, family or relationships, you should obtain appropriate independent professional advice.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that Spiritual Healing cannot legally exclude.
6. CONSULTATIONS AND COACHING
When you book a consultation, coaching session or other personalised Service, you are responsible for providing accurate booking information and attending at the agreed date and time.
Sessions may be delivered through video call, telephone, online meeting platform or another method specified at the time of booking.
A booking is personal to the purchaser or named participant and may not be transferred, resold or shared without prior written permission.
Spiritual Healing may reasonably refuse or discontinue a session where a participant behaves abusively, unlawfully, threateningly, fraudulently or in a manner that makes safe or professional delivery impracticable, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
7. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND NO-SHOWS
Unless a different policy is clearly stated when booking, requests to reschedule or cancel an appointment should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time. Where permitted by applicable law, a session cancelled less than 48 hours before its scheduled starting time, or missed without attendance, may be treated as used and forfeited. No refund, credit or replacement session is owed merely because the customer failed to attend, forgot the appointment, experienced a personal scheduling conflict or changed their mind. A request to reschedule is not effective until accepted by Spiritual Healing. Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings. If Spiritual Healing is unable to provide a paid session, Spiritual Healing may offer a replacement time or any other remedy required by applicable mandatory law. Where a request to reschedule or cancel is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled starting time, the treatment of the booking is set out in Part V of this document. Where a package of multiple sessions is purchased, the validity period, use and expiry of unused sessions are set out in Part V of this document. This Section sets out Spiritual Healing’s own booking rules. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a booking, Section 8.1 applies in addition to and prevails over this Section.
- STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This section applies only where a statutory right of withdrawal exists under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms creates any additional or voluntary right of cancellation, refund or withdrawal.
8.1 Services, consultations and coaching
For distance contracts concerning services, an EU/EEA or UK consumer, or a consumer in another jurisdiction granting equivalent rights may have a statutory withdrawal period. Where the customer asks Spiritual Healing to begin providing a Service during that period, the customer expressly requests early performance where required by law.
If the customer validly withdraws after performance has begun but before the Service has been fully performed, the customer may be required, where permitted by law, to pay an amount proportionate to the Services already provided.
Where the Service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost when the legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
8.2 Digital content supplied electronically
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, including online courses, videos, recordings, downloads, digital workbooks and similar content, Spiritual Healing may provide access immediately after purchase.
Before immediate supply begins, the customer may be required to give prior express consent to immediate performance and expressly acknowledge that, once supply begins, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost.
Where those legal requirements are satisfied and supply has begun, the customer has no statutory right to withdraw merely because they changed their mind, viewed part of the material, decided not to continue, did not complete the course or no longer considers the purchase suitable.
Where applicable law requires confirmation of the customer’s consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, Spiritual Healing may provide that confirmation electronically.
9. DIGITAL CONTENT, COURSES AND IMMEDIATE ACCESS
Digital content and course access are licensed, not sold. A purchase grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the purchased content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Access may begin immediately after successful payment or at the time stated on the relevant sales page.
Where immediate access is offered to an EU/EEA or UK consumer, or a consumer in another jurisdiction granting equivalent rights, Spiritual Healing may require a separate, unticked checkout confirmation expressly consenting to immediate supply and acknowledging loss of the applicable withdrawal right once supply begins.
The customer is responsible for having compatible devices, software and internet access reasonably necessary to use the digital content.
Spiritual Healing may make reasonable corrections, updates, improvements or technical changes to digital content and delivery platforms, provided mandatory rights concerning conformity and material functionality are respected.
10. NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL
Except where a refund, price reduction, termination remedy or other monetary remedy is expressly required by applicable mandatory law, all purchases through Spiritualhealing.com are final and non-refundable.
Spiritual Healing does not provide voluntary refunds, partial refunds, account credits, exchanges, satisfaction guarantees or money-back guarantees unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise.
In particular, no refund or credit is owed merely because a customer:
- changes their mind after purchasing;
- decides not to start, continue or complete a course or programme;
- does not watch, download or use all purchased content;
- fails to attend a booked session or cancels outside the permitted cancellation period;
- does not achieve an expected personal, professional, emotional, financial, relationship or other result;
- experiences a change in personal circumstances, schedule, finances, travel plans or availability;
- considers the material unsuitable after purchase where the product was accurately described;
- purchases by mistake after the digital content or Service has already begun to be supplied in accordance with law; or
- later finds a similar product, service, course or information
This Section applies to Services, digital content and event registrations. It does not apply to a journey covered by Part V.B (Journeys involving travel), for which the deposit, balance, cancellation, minimum-numbers and change terms of that Part apply instead.
Nothing in this No-Refund Policy removes mandatory rights relating to defective, non-conforming, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied digital content or Services, or any other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Additional terms applying to events, retreats and trainings, including accommodation, credits and third-party organized events, are set out in Part V of this document.
11. PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES
The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, together with any taxes or charges that Spiritual Healing is legally required to collect and that are disclosed before payment.
By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charge.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Spiritual Healing does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
Spiritual Healing may change prices for future purchases at any time. A future price change does not retroactively alter the price of a completed purchase.
12. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe a payment is incorrect or unauthorised, or you believe Spiritual Healing failed to provide a purchased Service, you should contact Spiritual Healing promptly so the issue can be investigated.
You must not knowingly submit a false, fraudulent or misleading chargeback or payment dispute.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is made, Spiritual Healing may provide relevant transaction records, checkout consents, access logs, booking records, correspondence and other evidence to payment processors, banks or financial institutions, subject to applicable privacy law.
Where permitted by law, Spiritual Healing may suspend access to disputed paid content while a payment dispute remains unresolved and may take reasonable steps to recover legitimately due amounts and associated lawful costs.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or legitimately disputed payment.
13. ACCOUNTS, ACCESS CREDENTIALS AND SECURITY
Any account, login, course access link or password provided to you is personal and must be kept confidential.
You must not share paid access credentials, subscription access, private course links or paid downloads with another person unless Spiritual Healing expressly permits it.
Spiritual Healing may suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, unauthorised redistribution, fraud, security abuse or material breach of these Terms.
You should notify Spiritual Healing promptly if you reasonably believe your account or access credentials have been compromised.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
All original content made available through Spiritualhealing.com, including text, videos, recordings, audio, graphics, photographs, illustrations, branding, course materials, exercises, frameworks, methods, worksheets, downloads, presentations, written materials and website content, is owned by or licensed to Spiritual Healing and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
All rights are reserved. Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute or publicly display Spiritual Healing content;
- share, sell, sublicense, rent, transfer or commercially exploit paid materials;
- upload paid content to file-sharing services, social networks, course platforms, databases or other websites;
- share login credentials or allow another person to use your paid access;
- record, reproduce or distribute private consultations or coaching sessions without prior written consent;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution or ownership notices;
- systematically scrape, harvest, extract or mirror protected content;
- create substantially competing paid materials through unauthorised copying or adaptation of Spiritual Healing content; or
- use protected Spiritual Healing content for commercial text-and-data-mining, model training or similar automated exploitation where rights have lawfully been reserved.
Any permission to download or print content is limited to personal, non-commercial use and does not transfer copyright or ownership.
15. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not use the website or Services:
- for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- to harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate another person;
- to interfere with website security, availability or technical operation;
- to introduce malware, malicious code or harmful technologies;
- to attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, databases or restricted content;
- to circumvent payment, access-control or digital-rights-management measures;
- to infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or data-protection rights;
- to resell or commercially exploit Services without written permission; or
- in a way that materially interferes with another user’s use of Spiritual Healing.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SESSION RECORDINGS
Spiritual Healing will handle information shared during private consultations and coaching with reasonable confidentiality and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, a valid court or regulatory order, the establishment or defence of legal claims, fraud or security investigation, or another legally permitted ground.
Neither party may record a private session without the other party’s prior consent, except where recording is lawfully required or expressly disclosed and agreed in advance.
Where a third-party video or communication platform is used, that platform’s own privacy and security practices may apply.
17. TESTIMONIALS, EXAMPLES AND RESULTS
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples and descriptions of customer experiences are individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
Results depend on numerous factors outside Spiritual Healing’s control, including the customer’s circumstances, decisions, participation, consistency, implementation and external events.
Spiritual Healing does not warrant any specific transformation, timeframe, income, relationship result, health result, emotional outcome or other individual result.
18. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, LINKS AND SERVICES
Spiritual Healing may use third-party providers for payments, scheduling, video conferencing, email delivery, analytics, course hosting, cloud storage, customer support or other operational functions.
Third-party websites and services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Spiritual Healing is not responsible for third-party services that it does not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
19. AVAILABILITY, UPDATES AND FORCE MAJEURE
Spiritual Healing aims to keep the website and paid digital Services reasonably available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party outages, internet failures, software updates, legal restrictions or events beyond reasonable control.
Spiritual Healing may make reasonable changes to the website, delivery platform, course structure or Service format for legal, security, operational or improvement purposes, provided mandatory consumer rights are respected.
Spiritual Healing is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including any liability that applicable law does not permit Spiritual Healing to exclude.
Subject to mandatory law, Spiritual Healing is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, losses caused by the customer’s independent decisions or misuse of general educational information, or losses resulting from the customer’s failure to follow reasonable security or technical instructions.
Where the customer purchases solely as a consumer for personal purposes, Spiritual Healing is not responsible for business losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.
Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted narrowly enough to remain lawful and does not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
21. BUSINESS USE, INDEMNITY AND UNLAWFUL USE
If you use the Services wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to be responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses, claims and costs directly caused by your unlawful use, fraud, unauthorised commercial exploitation of Spiritual Healing intellectual property or material breach of these Terms.
This section is not intended to impose an unfair indemnity on consumers or to remove mandatory consumer protections.
22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Spiritual Healing may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, security abuse, unlawful redistribution of content, serious abusive conduct or other substantial misuse.
Where appropriate, Spiritual Healing may give notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of rights.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Intellectual-property, confidentiality, payment, dispute and liability provisions continue where their nature requires.
23. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND LOCAL LAW
Spiritual Healing is operated from the European Union and may make Services available to customers in multiple countries.
The availability of a Service in a country does not represent that the Service is a locally licensed medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional service in that jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use are lawful in your location. Spiritual Healing may restrict availability in particular jurisdictions for legal, regulatory, sanctions, payment, security or operational reasons.
Where mandatory local consumer or privacy law applies and cannot legally be excluded by contract, that law remains applicable.
24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the law of the EU Member State in which the operator of Spiritualhealing.com is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of a consumer’s country of habitual residence and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
For consumers, jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory law.
For business customers, the courts at the place where the operator of Spiritualhealing.com is established shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
25. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Customers should raise complaints through the contact facilities provided on Spiritualhealing.com and provide sufficient information for the issue to be investigated.
Spiritual Healing may request reasonable supporting information, transaction details or identity verification where necessary to investigate a complaint or protect account security.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a court, regulator, supervisory authority or alternative dispute resolution mechanism that is available under applicable mandatory law.
26. GENERAL CONTRACTUAL PROVISIONS
26.1 Changes to these Terms
Spiritual Healing may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Services, technology, legal requirements or business practices. The updated version will show its effective or last-updated date.
Material changes affecting an existing ongoing paid contract will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not unlawfully remove rights already acquired by the customer.
26.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful where possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26.3 No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26.4 Assignment
Customers may not transfer their contract, account or access rights without Spiritual Healing’s prior consent. Spiritual Healing may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, restructuring or service-provider arrangement, provided mandatory customer rights are not reduced.
26.5 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund, Return & Credit Policy set out in Part V of this document, the relevant sales or booking page, checkout disclosures and any product-specific written terms, form the agreement concerning the purchased Service. Privacy and cookie matters are governed by Parts II and III of this document.
26.6 Contact
Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted through the contact facilities provided on Spiritualhealing.com.
PART II – PRIVACY POLICY
- PRIVACY POLICY – INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be collected and processed through Spiritualhealing.com and the Services.
The operator of Spiritualhealing.com acts as the data controller for personal data for which it determines the purposes and means of processing. The operator’s legal identity and contact details are provided through the website’s Legal Notice, Contact section or other legally required business information.
Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Anonymous information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual is not personal data.
28. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
28.1 Communication Data
This may include information you provide through contact forms, email, direct messages, customer-support communications, feedback or other communications.
28.2 Customer and Transaction Data
This may include your name, contact details, billing information, order details, purchase history, booking information, payment status and records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and contract administration. Complete payment- card details may be processed directly by payment providers rather than by Spiritual Healing.
28.3 Service and Course Data
This may include account information, course enrolment, access history, progress information, appointment details, submitted forms, preferences and information you choose to provide in connection with consultations or coaching.
28.4 Technical and Usage Data
This may include IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from technical data, login or security events, timestamps, page views, navigation paths, referral information and similar website usage information.
28.5 Marketing and Preference Data
This may include your preferences regarding marketing communications, consent choices and communication preferences.
28.6 Special-category or sensitive information
Because some Services involve personal guidance or coaching, a customer may voluntarily disclose information that could be sensitive or, under applicable data-protection law, constitute special-category personal data. Customers are asked not to provide sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested Service.
Where Spiritual Healing processes special-category data, it will do so only where an appropriate legal basis and any additional condition required by applicable law are available, which may include explicit consent where required.
29. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Spiritual Healing may process personal data for purposes including:
- providing, administering and delivering purchased Services;
- creating and managing accounts and course access;
- processing bookings, payments and transaction records;
- responding to communications and customer-support requests;
- maintaining security, preventing fraud and protecting the website and Services;
- keeping accounting, tax, compliance and business records;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
- improving website operation, content and user experience;
- sending marketing communications where lawfully permitted; and
- complying with legal, regulatory or court
Depending on the processing activity, the lawful basis may include performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis available under applicable law.
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, Spiritual Healing considers whether those interests are overridden by the rights and interests of the individual. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
30. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Spiritual Healing may send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law, including where the recipient has consented or where another lawful basis for direct marketing applies.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the communication or the contact facilities on Spiritualhealing.com.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent Spiritual Healing from sending service, transaction, security, legal or administrative communications relating to an existing purchase or account.
31. DISCLOSURE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OTHER RECIPIENTS
Spiritual Healing may share personal data with trusted processors or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website or deliver the Services, such as payment providers, course-hosting providers, scheduling services, video- conferencing services, email providers, cloud or hosting providers, analytics providers, professional advisers and customer- support tools.
Spiritual Healing may also disclose data where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, protect legal rights, handle payment disputes, or complete a lawful business transfer or restructuring.
Service providers are expected to process personal data only for authorised purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
32. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR rules on international transfers apply, Spiritual Healing will use an available lawful transfer mechanism as appropriate, which may include an adequacy decision, approved Standard Contractual Clauses, participation by an eligible US recipient in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or another mechanism permitted by applicable data-protection law.
Additional safeguards may be applied where required by law and appropriate to the circumstances of the transfer.
33. DATA RETENTION
Spiritual Healing retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including the delivery of Services, customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, the relationship with the customer, legal requirements, potential disputes and operational needs.
Where appropriate, information may be deleted, anonymised or aggregated when it is no longer required in identifiable form.
34. DATA SECURITY
Spiritual Healing uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or misuse.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their own passwords, devices and account credentials.
Where a personal-data breach occurs, Spiritual Healing will take steps required by applicable law, including notification to an appropriate supervisory authority or affected individuals where legally required.
35. YOUR DATA-PROTECTION RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the processing, individuals may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent and the right to complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
Spiritual Healing may request reasonable information to verify identity before acting on a rights request and may refuse or charge a reasonable fee for requests only where applicable law permits.
Requests may be submitted through the contact facilities provided on Spiritualhealing.com.
36. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Spiritual Healing does not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about customers solely through automated processing unless this is lawfully implemented and the required information and safeguards are provided.
37. CHILDREN
Paid Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Spiritual Healing does not knowingly invite children to purchase paid Services.
If Spiritual Healing becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a child in circumstances where processing is not lawful, reasonable steps will be taken to address the issue.
38. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EMBEDDED SERVICES
Spiritualhealing.com may contain links to or embedded functionality from third parties. Those third parties may process personal data under their own privacy policies.
Spiritual Healing is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services it does not control.
39. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Spiritual Healing may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in processing activities, Services or legal requirements. The latest version will be identified by its effective or last-updated date.
PART III – COOKIE POLICY
- WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers stored on or accessed from a user’s device. They may be used to operate a website, remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure usage, prevent fraud or support advertising and marketing.
41. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES
41.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are used where necessary for functions requested by the user or for essential website operation, such as security, session management, checkout, authentication, load balancing or storing cookie-consent preferences.
41.2 Functional or preference cookies
These may remember choices and preferences that improve or personalise website functionality.
41.3 Analytics or performance cookies
These may be used to understand website usage, traffic, performance and user journeys. Where consent is legally required, these technologies will not be activated until valid consent has been obtained.
41.4 Advertising or marketing cookies
These may be used for advertising measurement, remarketing, audience creation or behavioural advertising. Where consent is required, they will not be activated before consent.
42. COOKIE CONSENT AND WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, Spiritual Healing will request consent before activating them.
Users should be able to accept or refuse non-essential cookie categories and to change or withdraw consent through the website’s cookie settings or consent-management interface.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent where permitted by applicable law because they are required to provide a service expressly requested by the user or for essential technical operation.
43. COOKIE DETAILS AND RETENTION
The current names, providers, purposes and durations of cookies and similar technologies may change as the website’s technical configuration changes. Where a consent-management panel is provided, the current cookie details displayed in that panel form part of this Cookie Policy.
Spiritual Healing will seek to keep cookie information reasonably current and will not intentionally activate consent-requiring categories before the required consent is obtained.
44. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Embedded videos, social media content, payment tools, scheduling tools and other third-party features may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Where legally required, such non-essential third-party functionality should remain blocked until the user provides the relevant consent.
PART IV – WEBSITE AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER
- GENERAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
The website and its general content are provided for informational and educational purposes. Although Spiritual Healing aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, general content may not be complete, current or suitable for every individual situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Healing does not make a guarantee that general website information will be error- free, continuously available or appropriate for a particular personal purpose.
46. HEALTH AND WELLBEING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Spiritualhealing.com may discuss wellbeing, spiritual practice, lifestyle and personal-development topics. This information is strictly educational and informational and is not medical or psychological advice.
Spiritual Healing is not a medical or healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder, symptom, medical condition or psychological condition.
Spiritual Healing, its owners, coaches and service providers are not acting as medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists or other licensed healthcare professionals when providing the Services.
Nothing on Spiritualhealing.com or in any course, consultation, coaching session, video, digital product, written material or other Service should be relied upon as a substitute for an individual medical assessment or personalised professional healthcare advice.
You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding symptoms, medication, tests, diagnosis, treatment options or changes to your healthcare. Never disregard professional medical advice, discontinue prescribed treatment or delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through Spiritual Healing.
If symptoms are severe, unusual, persistent or concerning, or if you believe you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service in your location.
47. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
You understand that personal-development information and coaching guidance require your own judgment and participation. You remain responsible for deciding how, whether and to what extent you use any information provided.
Individual experiences and results vary. No statement on Spiritualhealing.com should be interpreted as a guaranteed result.
48. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
All original Spiritualhealing.com website content and paid materials are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual- property laws. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where mandatory law expressly permits otherwise.
© 2026 Spiritualhealing.com. All rights reserved.
49. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing or using a Service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms, including the No-Refund Policy, withdrawal provisions, personal-responsibility provisions, health-information disclaimers, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Where a separate checkout consent is required by law for immediate digital supply or early performance of a Service, acceptance of these Terms does not replace that separate consent. Spiritual Healing may require the legally necessary express request, consent and acknowledgement before performance begins.
PART V – REFUND, RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
How this policy works
This Part forms part of, and must be read together with, Parts I to IV of this document – in particular Section 8 (Statutory Right of Withdrawal), Section 9 (Digital Content, Courses and Immediate Access), Section 10 (No Refunds -All Sales Final) and Section 14 (Intellectual Property and Permitted Use). This Part sets out how those provisions apply in practice, and adds terms for events that are not covered elsewhere.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Part and Parts I to IV, Parts I to IV prevail — except that Part V.B (Journeys involving travel) prevails over Part I in respect of deposits, payments, cancellation, minimum numbers and changes to a journey, and the section headed No Refunds – All Sales Final in Part I does not apply to a journey covered by Part V.B.
Nothing in this Part excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer law applicable to you. Part V is divided into three parts:
Part V.A – Events, retreats and trainings (Sections 1-10)
Part V.B – Journeys involving travel (Sections 11-17)
Part V.C – General provisions (Sections 18-22)
Please note that some events promoted or booked through Spiritual Healing are organized and delivered by independent third-party organizers. Different terms apply to those events – please see Section 9 of this Part.
PART V.A – EVENTS, RETREATS & TRAININGS
At Spiritual Healing, we are devoted to creating carefully held, high-quality transformational experiences. Each event involves advance venue reservations, team coordination, and financial commitments made well before the start date. We kindly ask all participants to read this Part carefully before registering.
- Payments & General Refund Policy
All event payments are generally non-refundable.
Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, your place is secured and commitments are made on your behalf. Therefore, payments cannot be refunded except in cases of verified force majeure or approved medical emergency (see Sections 6 and 7 of this Part).
Accommodation & Meals. For all retreats, trainings and multi-day programmes, if you are unable to attend:
Within one (1) month of the event start date, accommodation and meal fees are non-refundable.
We lovingly encourage participants to register only when they feel clear and committed to attending.
- Travel, Health & Personal Responsibility
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance at the time of booking.
Your insurance policy should ideally cover:
Trip cancellation and curtailment
Medical expenses and emergency repatriation Travel delays or disruptions
Force majeure-related travel interruptions Personal liability
Participants are solely responsible for:
Ensuring they meet all travel, visa, and entry requirements Complying with health regulations applicable at the event location Assessing their own physical, emotional, and psychological readiness to participate
- Credit Option
While refunds are not provided, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Participants may request to convert their payment into a credit under the following conditions:
The credit may be used for the same training or course at a future edition.
With prior written approval from the Spiritual Healing Event Team, the credit may be transferred to another event directly organized by the Spiritual Healing Event Team.
Credits cannot be used for:
Events hosted by independent third-party organizers (see Section 9 of this Part)
Third-party collaborations not managed directly by the Spiritual Healing Event Team All credit transfers require written approval from the Event Team.
- Credit Validity
Approved credits are valid for one (1) year from the original event start date.
If the credit is not used within one year, and no written communication has been made with the Spiritual Healing Event Team to arrange its use, the credit will be considered forfeited. We encourage participants to remain in contact with us if support is needed in planning future attendance.
- Early Departure
If a participant chooses to leave an event after it has begun, for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund or partial credit. This includes personal decisions, emotional processes, scheduling changes, or other circumstances arising during the event. Our events are designed as complete journeys, and we invite participants to consider their readiness before committing.
- Medical Emergencies
In the case of a serious and unexpected medical emergency that makes attendance impossible, participants may submit a written request for review. Official medical documentation may be required.
Following review, the Spiritual Healing Event Team may, at its discretion:
Grant a credit for future use, or In rare and exceptional circumstances, approve a partial refund Each case will be handled individually with care and fairness.
- Force Majeure
If attendance becomes impossible due to force majeure circumstances (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, war, or other legally recognized emergencies), the Spiritual Healing Event Team will assess the situation.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a credit towards a future event or, where the event cannot take place at all, a refund of the amounts we have received. Official documentation may be required.
- Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
This section applies to events organized directly by Spiritual Healing. For events organized by a third party, see Section 9 of this Part.
Spiritual Healing reserves the right to:
Adjust the event schedule
Modify facilitators or program elements Change venue (within reasonable standards) Postpone or cancel an event if necessary In the unlikely event that Spiritual Healing cancels an event, participants will be offered either a full refund of the event fee, or a credit toward a future event. Spiritual Healing is not responsible for additional personal expenses such as flights, visas, or external accommodation. We commit to communicating any changes as early and transparently as possible.
- Third-Party Organized Events
Some events promoted, hosted, or booked through Spiritual Healing are organized and delivered by independent third-party organizers. Where an event is organized by a third party, this will be clearly stated on the event page and in your booking confirmation before you complete your registration.
For third-party organized events, the following applies:
The third-party organizer is solely responsible for the delivery, content, facilitation, schedule, venue, and staffing of the event.
The third-party organizer’s own refund and cancellation terms apply and take precedence over this policy. Those terms will be made available to you before registration, and it is your responsibility to read them.
Spiritual Healing acts only as a promoter and/or booking facilitator and is not the contracting party for the event itself.
Refund, credit, and cancellation requests must be submitted to the third-party organizer. Spiritual Healing may assist by forwarding your request, but cannot approve, guarantee, or issue a refund or credit on the organizer’s behalf.
Credits issued by Spiritual Healing cannot be used for third-party organized events, and credits issued by a third-party organizer cannot be used for events organized directly by Spiritual Healing, unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Spiritual Healing is not liable for changes, postponement, or cancellation of a third-party organized event, nor for any resulting personal expenses such as flights, visas, or external accommodation.
Where an event is jointly organized by Spiritual Healing and a third party, the responsibilities of each party will be set out on the event page. If you are unsure who is organizing a particular event, please contact us before registering and we will confirm in writing
- Consultations, Coaching Sessions and Session Packages
10.1 Rescheduling and cancellation
Requests to reschedule or cancel a booked session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time, through the contact facilities on Spiritualhealing.com.
More than 48 hours’ notice: we will offer you one reschedule to a mutually convenient time, subject to availability, to be taken within thirty (30) days of the original booking date. A rescheduled session that is again cancelled or missed is treated under the paragraph below.
Less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance: the session is treated as used and forfeited. No refund, credit or replacement session is owed where you failed to attend, forgot the appointment, experienced a personal scheduling conflict, or changed your mind.
A request to reschedule is not effective until we confirm it in writing. Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings.
10.2 Statutory right of withdrawal
Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to the rules above and prevails over them. The 14-day period runs from the day the booking contract is concluded.
Where you ask us to begin providing the service during that period and the session has already taken place, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided. Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period and the legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained, the right of withdrawal is lost.
10.3 Session packages
Where multiple sessions are purchased together, all sessions must be used within three (3) months of the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are not refundable, extendable or exchangeable.
Packages are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared or resold without our prior written permission.
A package price reflects a discount for booking multiple sessions together. Where a valid withdrawal is exercised after one or more sessions have been used, the amount payable for the sessions already taken is calculated at our standard single-session rate, and the balance is refunded.
10.4 Sessions we are unable to provide
If we are unable to provide a paid session at the scheduled time, we will offer you a replacement time or, at your choice, a full refund of that session.
PART V.B – JOURNEYS INVOLVING TRAVEL
- What Part V.B Covers
Part V.B applies to multi-day journeys, retreats and tours that include travel arrangements — for example accommodation, ground transport, ferries or entrance fees — arranged for you as part of a planned itinerary. The Sacred Triangle Tour is such a journey.
Where Part V.B applies it is the only regime that governs the journey. It prevails over Part V.A in respect of payments, cancellation, changes and minimum numbers, and Section 9 of this Part (Third-Party Organized Events) does not apply to a journey covered by Part V.B. Part V.A continues to apply only to matters Part V.B does not cover.
- Who Organises the Journey
Where a journey is organised by a licensed travel agency, that agency is the seller and the contracting party for the travel arrangements. The agency invoices you, receives your payments, holds the insolvency protection required by law, and pays any refund due to you. The agency is identified on the booking page and in your booking confirmation before you pay.
Sections 13 to 16 of this Part set out the payment, cancellation, minimum-numbers and change terms that apply to the journey. Where a licensed travel agency is the seller, these are the terms we have agreed with that agency and that it applies to your booking, and any refund due under them is paid by the agency. If the agency’s own booking conditions differ from Sections 13 to 16 of this Part in any respect, we will tell you in writing before you book, and the agency’s conditions prevail as a matter of contract between you and the agency.
Your booking involves two separate agreements. The first is the travel arrangements — accommodation, ground transport, ferries and entrance fees — sold to you by the agency as described above. The second is the spiritual programme and guidance delivered during the journey, which is provided separately, is payable locally at the start of the journey, and is not part of the travel contract. The price of each is stated before you book.
If the journey does not take place, or if your booking is cancelled under Section 14, 15 or 16 of this Part, nothing is payable for the programme and guidance and any amount already paid for it is returned to you in full.
International flights to and from the country of the journey are not included and are not sold by us. You contract directly with the airline or your own agent, and we are not responsible for flight changes, delays or cancellations.
- Deposit and Balance
A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the journey price is payable to confirm your place, to the agency where the agency is the seller. The deposit is non-refundable except as set out in Sections 15 and 16 of this Part, and except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The balance is due ninety (90) days before the departure date. If the balance is not received by that date, the seller may treat the booking as cancelled by you and the cancellation charges in Section 14 of this Part apply. Bookings made fewer than ninety (90) days before departure are payable in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be made in writing to the seller. The date the seller receives your written notice is the date used to calculate the charge. The following scale applies to the total journey price:
90 days or more before departure: the deposit is forfeited
89 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total price
59 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total price
29 days or fewer before departure, or non-arrival: 100% of the total price
Where you are unable to travel, you may transfer your place to another person who meets the conditions of the booking, provided you find the replacement yourself, give written notice at least thirty (30) days before departure, and pay any charges actually imposed by suppliers as a result of the transfer. If no replacement is found, the cancellation charges in this Section apply.
- Minimum Numbers
Each journey requires a minimum of ten (10) confirmed travellers to proceed. If that minimum is not reached, the journey may be cancelled. You will be told no later than sixty (60) days before departure and every amount you have paid for the journey, including the deposit, is refunded in full — by the agency where the agency is the seller, and otherwise by us.
We are not responsible for flights, visas, insurance or other arrangements you made independently. This is why we ask you not to book flights until we confirm that the journey is going ahead.
- Changes and Cancellation by Us
Hotels, the order of the days, the sequence of sites and individual programme elements may change for operational reasons. Where a hotel changes, we will use accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard.
Where a significant change is made to the journey before departure — a change to the departure or return date, to the region visited, or to the standard of accommodation for the majority of the nights — you may accept the change, accept an alternative journey offered to you, or cancel and receive a full refund of every amount you have paid for the journey, refunded by whoever received it.
Where the journey is cancelled for reasons of force majeure, every amount you have paid for it is refunded, less any sums already and unavoidably paid to suppliers on your behalf that cannot be recovered. Neither we nor the agency are liable for your flights, visas or other independent arrangements.
- Insurance, Documents and Fitness to Travel
Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of joining a journey. It must cover, as a minimum, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and emergency repatriation. We may ask to see your policy number and insurer before departure and may refuse participation without it.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required, for meeting entry and health requirements, and for telling us at the time of booking about any medical condition, mobility limitation, allergy or dietary requirement that may affect your participation. Journeys involve walking on uneven ancient stone, often uphill and in sun; you are responsible for assessing your own fitness to take part.
PART V.C – GENERAL
- How to Request a Refund, Return, Credit or Support
All requests must be made in writing through the contact facilities provided on Spiritualhealing.com, and should include:
Your full name and the email address used at purchase
The product or event name, and your order or transaction number The date of purchase A clear description of your request and the reason for it Any supporting documentation – medical documentation, or details of a technical fault
We aim to acknowledge every request within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and typically appear within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Requests made by telephone, social media comment or verbal message cannot be processed.
- Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, or that a purchased product or service was not provided, please contact us first so the matter can be investigated. Payment disputes and chargebacks are governed by the section headed Payment disputes and chargebacks in Part I.
- Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Part limits or excludes any right or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a mandatory statutory right conflicts with any term of this Part, the statutory right prevails and the remaining provisions continue to apply. International users should also refer to the section headed International users and local law in Part I.
- Changes to This Part
We may update this Part from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
- Agreement
By completing a purchase or registration through Spiritual Healing – whether for an event, a retreat, a training or any other offering – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Part V and to Parts I to IV of this document, and, where an event is organized by a third party, to that organizer’s terms as well.
