Of course, the spirit speaks all languages, the spirit knows the nuances that flow through any language and anyone can understand anyone else if they choose, without words… you can understand your husband without even speaking to him – If he has an emotional dramatic response to something, you will feel it or your children…

– It’s always appropriate to reevaluate – not to drag the emotion from the day before into the new beginnings… In this way, you can give yourself the freedom to feel something different…
It was a heavy year the last and this one will be lighter – as things start to move more quickly, things can be turned over and resolved more quickly… One must take into consideration how they’re feeling – in this way you can use the power of the emotional form…
the emotions are constantly changing…
even if you feel depressed, there are different tones, degrees of color within that sense of feeling down so that when the tone of the emotion lightens up as when you can add another color with the thoughts, you can pull yourself out of the depression with the positive thoughts or thoughts of beauty… seeing harmony can color the emotional form…

Which part of your entity field?
So you might think of a past life, one of your characters that you’re familiar with and you’ve explored, that you know affects and you might enlist them…
– (N.) Could it be a ‘negative’ person?
– Of course… somebody whom you would like to put in the wisdom training course of Athena – a part of your entity field that you feel needs to be wised up… Do you have somebody in mind? If you put too many, you might create an internal struggle… Better to start with one and see how you’re affected personally by that… anyone needs any help to know who to enlist?
B., you might enlist a character that wants to control you… if you witness that there’s a part of yourself that is controlling your actions, this is who you might like to enlist…
K., you might like to enlist the character that feels that Life owes her something; so this would be an actual gift that you would be giving to her…
Don’t underestimate what can happen on other planes of reality – by enlisting these characters, you’re putting them in the Secret School of Wisdom…
you’re all each aware of what it feels like to be a student: sometimes you’re paying attention, other times you’re dozing, others you’re daydreaming out of the window…
In this School you will be receiving instructions in Wisdom; and this takes on many different degrees…
one will be how to protect yourself, your emotional form from your thought process… by sending a member of your entity deliberately to the School of Wisdom, every member of your entity will benefit so that you can be less influenced by that aspect, less influenced by the incompletion of that aspect… and affected only by the wisdom gathered…
Every life is a gathering of wisdom, wisdom from experience so you deliberately send a portion of your entity to a Secret School of Wisdom – particularly those individuals that are present in this room…
Of course, the School will exist on that Sacred Rock…

– You’ve heard about past lives many times so that you might have some memory of a character in your head which influences you; it’s a way of understanding the self this separation of past lives in different personalities, it’s not necessarily the truth… it’s symbology…
– (M.) I want to ask about time… how do You collaborate with Your timing and ours?
– It’s a new circle of the New Moons…
it’s defined according the human time; if you look at the Chinese New Year, it’s more accurate than the typical January, February… so this is when the energy shifts, not on Jan 1st… it didn’t shift then, it shifts now to a new cycle… and this cycle is of lighter movement or with greater velocity, more force… Change will come more quickly… look in Our field of endeavor your work, see if the subject responds more quickly to the substance you transcribe…
– (M.) I’ve noticed an increase in the need for awareness…
– Needing more energy… this requires that they move through their emotional forms more quickly… the human individual is required to transform themselves and the emotional condition must be transformed in order to take more energy, to allow this expansion of consciousness to take place, to take form…
– (M.) Why is there the necessity for a quickening of consciousness?
– You can blame it on the earth if you like…
– (M.) What’s going on with the earth?
– The earth is transforming and requires more understanding from her children…
if you see a mother who’s transforming, the children are required to transform along with her; this means that they have to have a new attitude…
There’s a portion of the human consciousness that will separate from the earth… those who remain will feel the void of those who separated – it’s a vibratory change… some portion is raising their vibrations and separating from the need of earth life… the human consciousness is one…
so as an individual, as you evolve, you might still smoke but you don’t need it anymore and you know it… you watch the addiction because you don’t want that addiction to keep you on the ground when you’re ready to board the plane…
You can say that life on the earth is a major addiction: you can be addicted to show many different parts of being human, of the matter on the earth whether it’s food, wine, sex, sun, sea, snow, money…
– (M.) Moving as a whole to the New Earth… what happens with the people who are not moving?
– The same thing that’s happening, that has always been happening: you must adjust to the shifting earth…
what’s motivating this race for consciousness, this New Age?
– (M.) The need to move to another level of expression…
– (G.) If there’s nothing else that can move you anymore…
– … no longer feeling fulfilled with the status quo of the living…

Some are more prepared than others, some are more anxious than others, some still have some finishing touches to make on the earth life, some have already left – energetically, without even realizing it… they’re no longer in the same vibratory category…
– (M.) But our physical bodies are here…
– And will remain here on the earth…
– (G.) Does Certainty have to do with Faith?
– Certainty has to do with Intuition….
– (G.) So Faith is similar to Commitment?
– Faith may be something more general; even if you’re uncertain, you can have faith… you work with what you know taking it into the unknown and you’re certain that you will figure it out – that’s faith…
– (M.) I had a dream… there was a session I was missing and J. told me the Ds Said the word blue as a message for me…
– How did you digest that?
– (M.) I connect this color with human emotions… Were You trying to tell me something? Another word?
– Which of the chakras has blue?
– (M.) The throat… am I to activate and speak up?
– Or to soothe that chakra…
– (M.) Are my words fierce?
– What do you think? Not necessarily…
– (K.) I’m having panic attacks…
– You’re holding to emotion that must be released; generally, you’re thinking you’ve forgotten something… it’s part of the incompletion, of the emotion generating this sense of depression, panic… if you feel panicky, put your feet in warm water immediately… We don’t make it easy; you need to puzzle a bit over these things, that’s the point…
M., walk a bit faster, it’s good for you… you feel a heaviness in the physical form because you need to move faster in order to bring your physical body to the equality with your expanded consciousness…
– (M.) Is there a part of our body we don’t recognize, that we think it’s not pretty? And if so, how is it disconnecting from the whole body? Or how is it connecting with the belief system?
– First, it might have a different temperature from the rest of the body, you might be freezing it out…
What does it do to the belief system?
Ultimately, with self-acceptance, you put all the parts together realizing that each part has a valuable position to play in your own evolution…
Why does the body age?
Perhaps to make it a bit easier to let go of it when it’s time to die… in your evolution you realize that you lost your hand for this reason and you gained in wisdom from the experience so you move on, you detach yourself from it…
Life is a process of gathering wisdom; only wisdom will release you…
